Born in Wilburton, she was the daughter of John and Louada (Dobbs) Boddy. She married Ernest Doshier on Aug. 3, 1943, in Bakersfield, California. He preceded her in death in February 1996. She passed away at the age of 77 in McAlester, Oklahoma. She was also preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, James Boddy, Charley Boddy and Orvel Boddy and two sisters, Leatrice Boddy and Bertha Boddy.
