DIES AFTER FALL AT CITY PRISON
Austin Able, 29 years old, of Louisville, Ky., died at the City hospital early this morning of injuries he suffered when he fell in the city prison yesterday. Abel was arrested Monday in the Union station and ordered held on a vagrancy charge when he was said to have been unable to give good account of himself. He was sent to the city prison and while there fell, striking his head on the floor, according to police.

Austin Abel, Age twenty-nine, of Louisville, died at the City Hospital early Wednesday from paralysis, according to hospital attaches. The young man was arrested at the Union Station Monday in an intoxicated condition, according to police, and while waiting for the patrol wagon suffered a convulsion.

Funeral services for Austin Able, 29 years old, who died Wednesday morning in an Indianapolis hospital, will be held at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the home of his father, Joseph D. Able, 2116 Burnett Avenue. Burial will be in Eastern Cemetery. Mr. Able, who brought the body to Louisville, denied Thursday that his son had been drinking or that he had been arrested by Indianapolis police, as Associated Press reports had stated.
