Frank Webb Jr. was born August 14, 1923 to Frank and Rheua Webb in Garber, Oklahoma. He departed this life August 17, 2020 at the age of 93 years and 3 days.

Frank attended schools in both Garber and Porum. He joined the United States Army in May of1946 at the end of World War II, serving honorably. Frank worked tirelessly to provide for his family. He worked anywhere from roustabout in the oilfield to being a business owner running Webb's Grocery. He loved to play poker and tinker with small engines, being known as the best lawn mower mechanic around. He would sometimes trade a running mower for one that did not work. As well, Frank was a member of both the VFW and Elks Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Jeff Webb; a daughter, Debbie Webb; two brothers and two sisters. Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00am, Friday, August 21, 2020 at Bristow City Cemetery with Reverend Gene Jackson officiating.
