Jo Grace Lowry age 89, of Smithville, passed away Sunday August 16, 2020 at NHC of Smithville. She was born August 12, 1931 to her parents, the late Willie and Nora Ada Cantrell Webb.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by spouse, James Stewart; son-in-law, Danny Judkins; sisters, Frances Rigsby and Geneva Turner; brother, Felix Webb.

Ms. Lowry was retired from Kingston Timers and a member of Mt. Hope The Baptist Church. She is survived by daughter, Bobbie Judkins (Melvin) Young of Smithville; son Brent Webb (Vicki) Jeffries of Smithville; father of her children, Robert Lee Jeffries; step- daughter, Janis Barnes ( Dave) Ritterbeck of Smithville; grandchildren, Kimberly (Joseph) McEniry, Danielle (Mark) Collins, Billy Webb (Lorrie) Jeffries, Brandon Jeffries, Mia (Nicholas) Ramsey; 3 step-grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 1 step-great-grandchild; special nieces, Peggy Cantrell and Patsy McGuire; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be Tuesday August 18, 2020 at 2:00PM at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Bryan Jones officiating and burial to follow in the Jefferson Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Tuesday August 18, 2020 at 12:Noon until the time of the service at 2:00PM. Due to COVID-19, the Governors Executive Orders 38 and 51 and Social Distancing Guidelines; Our pews in the Chapel are marked off to respect the guidelines and allow approximately 100 - 125 people for the service, we ask for the health and safety of everyone that you please exercise Social Distancing.

The Funeral Home Lounge is Closed and NO Food or Drinks are allowed in the funeral home. In addition to flowers donations may be made to the Jefferson Cemetery Fund. The family would like to express a special
