Bernice Juanita Thompson was born May 22, 1932 in Green County, KY to the late Charlie and Annie Vice Allen Martin. She departed this life Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Jane Todd Crawford Hospital, having attained the age of eighty-eight years, two months and twenty-three days. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Willie Frank Thompson, two grandsons: Ricky and William Thompson, three brothers: Harrison, Harland and Marshall Martin, and eight sisters: Ella Watson, Omie DeSpain, Katherine Wright, Frances Phelps, Dorothy Wright, Lilly Underwood, Rachel Lynn Martin and Jennie Mae Martin. She is survived by one grandson, four great grandchildren, three brothers and eight sisters , plus a host of other relatives and friends. Place and time of Graveside Service: Pleasant Valley Baptist Church Cemetery 3 p.m. Central Time, Wednesday, Aug. 19. 2020 .Minister: Bro.
