Peter Hull was the son of Andreas Holl (1754-1816) and Anna Maria Gruenwald (1755-1828). The family were of German descent. I believe that Andreas's father, also known as Andreas was born in perhaps in Liebsthal, Kusel, Rheinland-Platz, Germany. The surname Holl must have been anglicized to Hull after the family settled in America.
Peter must have married Fanny Martin sometime around 1817. Their children were: Isaac, William, Levi, Maria, Savilla and Rebecca (my 2nd Ggrandmother). Peter was my maternal 3rd great grandfather.
In the 1830 Census, the family was living in District 6, Frederick County and in the 1840 Census, the family was living in District 3, Carroll County.
Peter died at the age of 55 years, 6 months and 11 days.
