Mr. McInnis died Thursday, Aug. 6, 1998, at the Kansas University Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan., where he was taken following injuries in an automobile accident.
He had lived in Lawrence five years.
He had worked in the food service industry. He was the manager for a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Overland Park.
He was born Feb. 22, 1965, in Bellingham, Wash., the son of Charles and Emily Johnson McInnis.
He was married to Marsha Davis on June 19, 1992, in Lawrence. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include a son, Kevin Wayne McInnis; his unborn son, David McInnis, who was born in Oct 1998; his parents, Bellingham, Wash.; a sister, Kellie L. McInnis, Vancouver, British Columbia; and a brother, Kenneth R. McInnis, Jefferson City, Mo.
The family suggests memorials to the Keith McInnis Children's Educational Fund. Memorials may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, which is handling arrangements.
