Mr. Keeling a descendent of George Washington Keeling congressman, who settled in Upshur County Texas, was born on November 13, 1923 to Roy Littleton Keeling and Era Mae Hull Keeling (Birdie). Mr. Keeling passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 16, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Josephine Keeling Barton; brother Roy V Keeling, sister in-law, Evelyn Martin & brother in-law Theron Crawford.
Left to cherish his memory include his wife of 46 years, Melba A Keeling; son, Billy Ross Keeling; daughter, Anna Keeling Koerner and fiance, Tim Denison; granddaughters, Anna Lynn McManus Taylor and Katie Koerner; great granddaughters, Makenna Taylor and Bailey Seahorn; sister Julia Ann Keeling Crawford and family; sister in-law, Maurice Keeling and family, Special family includes Tandy and Martha Keys, Betty Eason, Gil and Rita Velasquez, Cleave and Beth Beshea.
Billie was a kindhearted, hard working man having retired from Riley Beaird and Ashland Co. who would make any sacrifice to enrich the lives of his family and friends. Billie was a devoted family man and his granddaughters will forever cherish the memories of Little Red Wagon rides with "PawPaw".
