Mrs. Maloy (Aunt Beamie) was the daughter of the late Rev. Luther Robinson Sr. and Vollie B. Garret. She married the late Fred Lee Maloy and this union lasted 33 years. They lived in Maimi, Fla., where she worked as a nurse at Mt. Sinai Hospital of Opa Locka, Fla. until she retired after 20 plus years of service. While there, she attended Holy Temple in Miami, working in many departments of the church. In later life, the couple returned to Lumber City and Aunt Beamie became a faithful member of Full Gospel Church of God. She was a Sunday School Teacher, Sunday School Superintendent, a Noon Day Prayer Warrior, and a Gospel Minister until her health failed. She was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse; a son-in-law, Randy Smith; her siblings, Ophelia Duncan, Doris Jordan, Luther Jr., Harry, Jackie, Darryl, and Anthony Robinson; and sister-in-law, Bettye Jean Smith.
