Lloyd Duncan Jr entered into eternal rest on Monday July 6, 2020 at his home in Largo, MD. He was the third child born to Lloyd Duncan Sr and Gurtha Duncan on Sept 27, 1962 in Hot Springs AR. He graduated from Mt. Pine High School where he excelled academically and in sports.

He accepted Christ at an early age at Hot Springs Baptist Church. After graduating high school in 1980 he went on to serve his country by enlisting in the US Navy. During his service he was stationed many places such as Hawaii, Pensacola FL, and deployed while stationed in Norfolk VA aboard the USS John F Kennedy to the Middle East for Operation Desert Storm.

Lloyd left the Navy as CTO Intelligence Officer and found his passion in the automobile industry. He and his wife Evette founded Transitions Counseling and Mentoring Services Inc. in Largo, MD.

Lloyd was predeceased by his father and sister Anna Lemons.
