FUNERAL SERVICES FOR ISAAC RASBURY TO BE SATURDAY

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anderson-Clayton Bros. at 2 P.M. Saturday for Isaac Rasbury, who died at this home, 801 E. Nash, early this morning. Rev. Rufus Bryant will officiate and the interment will be in Oakland Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be Alvin Stone, W. C. Waller, Frank Stone, Roland Miller, R. A. Hamilton, John Taylor, Jr.
Isaac Rasbury was born in Mar county Alabama on April 12, 1879. He came to Texas and located in Wise county, later moving to Van Zandt county and has been a resident of Terrell for the past 27 years. All of his life was spent in farming with the exception of 7 years when he was employed by the Rock Island Railroad.
He was a member of the Bible Baptist church.
He married Miss Llaura Brookxie Stone Stone on October 12, 1906 and to this union seven children were born.
His wife and one son and one daughter preceded him in death and he is survived by four sons: G. T., Clarence H., Wilford E., and Glenn Rasbury, all of Terrell; one daughter, Mrs. Ina Waddell of Dallas; eight grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; one brother, Jim Rasbury of Decatur; three half-sisters, Mrs. Tessei Horton of Slidell, Mrs. J. J. North of Decatur, and Mrs. Mary Applewhite of Ft. Worth; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
