Mrs. Lula Spencer McGaughey of Ravenswood, died March 21 in Ravenswood Care Center.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Ravenswood and was a piano teacher for 35 years.

Surviving: daughter, Marjorie Ann Vaughan of Eatonton, Ga.; sons, William W. of South Charleston and James P. of Cary, N.C.; sister, Gertrude Linger of Friendly.

A memorial service was held Saturday in First Baptist Church of Ravenswood with the Rev. James Cunningham officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston. The body was cremated. Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, was in charge of arrangements.
