Mrs. Ida Tribble, age 63, died at her home on Athens, Route 5, Friday at 10:55 p.m. after an eight-month illness.


Funeral services were conducted Sunday at 2 o'clock at the Valley View Church of Christ by Bro. A. J. Rollings. Interment followed in the adjoining cemetery with Spry directing.


She is survived by her husband, W. W. Tribble; five sons, George, Polk, Bob, Lerman and Ford Tribble; five daughters, Mrs. Z. J. Kimbrell, Mrs. J. L. McMahan, Mrs. Juddie Chandler, Mrs. Robert Slatton and Miss Divie Tribble; four brothers, John, Bill, Commodore and Milton Jenkins; six sisters, Mrs. Georgia Durham, Mrs. Kate Flannagan, Mrs. Sallie Gordon, Mrs. Lora Chittam, Mrs. Pearl Rose and Mrs. Bertha Holbert.
