Ernestine "Tina" Howard Brown, 93, passed away on July 26, 2020. Tina was born and raised on a farm in Richmond, KY.

She was a member of First Christian Church in Jeffersonville. Tina was retired from the old I.C.I. plant in Charlestown, IN. She was a talented, award-winning quilter and was a member of the Nifty Needles Quilters. She also belongs to the CWF Sarah Group social circle at First Christian Church and the old Clark Co. Extensions Homemakers Club (Town and Country).

Tina was preceded in death by her husband, O.C. Brown; her parents, James and Emma Cuzick Howard; two sisters, Alene Dalhoff and Nettie Gosser; and two brothers, Jasper Howard and Willy B. Howard.

She is survived by her daughter, Victoria L. Harvey; two grandsons, Anthony Passafiume and Nicolas (Bridgette) Passafiume; two great-granddaughters, Kennedy Eliza Cavitt and Brooklyn Rose Passafiume; and great-great-grandson, Knox Matthew Wyatt.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN 47130, with burial to follow at Richmond Cemetery, 606 E Main St, Richmond, KY 40475. Visitation will be held from 11 to 12 Pm on Wednesday at the funeral home. Published in News Tribune July 27, 2020.
