Benjamin F. Briggs, Bellwood died Monday afternoon, April 26, 1943, at 1 o'clock. He was born at Warriors Mark, Huntingdon county, November 2, 1854, the son of Richard and Elizabeth (Robinson) Briggs. He was united in marriage with Miss Jennie G. Invin, who died March 1, 1929. Surviving are three sons: Guy W. and W. Victor, both of Altoona and Gerald C., Bellwood, also two brothers; J. Harvey, Sinking Valley and David, Johnstown; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
