Son of Grant F. and Norma Lewis Wightman. Married his first wife, Debi Key 1976. Divorced. Married Marianne Howard March 21, 1987 in Nephi, Utah. Loved the outdoor and fishing with his dog. Was wonderful with animals. Had a great sense of humor. Would light up every room he entered. Enjoyed BBQ's, being a grandpa, and spending time with his family. A master gardener. Retired from UDOT in 2001.
