Edna was born August 1, 1933 in Monroe La. She moved to Saline County in 1964. She was a member of Avilla Baptist Church. Edna was a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She was a fun loving and outgoing person who never met a stranger.
Edna was preceded in death by her parents, Florence and George Jenkins, husband, Ken Dawson, son, Mike Scoggins, and a grandson, Chris Scoggins.
Survivors include one daughter-Sandy Scoggins of Bryant AR. Two sons- Steve (Pam) Scoggins of Knoxville AR, David Scoggins of Glen Rose., stepdaughter, Cindy Frazier of Benton AR. Edna had 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
A graveside services by Ashby Funeral Home will be held at Thursday, July 23rd at Fairplay Cemetery with Rev. Kirby Caple and Gayle Baxley officiating.
Pallbearers will by James Scoggins, Tanner Engledowl, Joe Scoggins, Reed Wolfe, Mitch Scoggins and Jake Scoggins.
The family will receive friends at Ashby Funeral Home from 6 -8pm Wednesday July 22nd 2020.
Due to State wide mandate, all persons entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask.
