Brenda Rose, 70, of Jonesboro passed away Friday, July 17, 2020 at her home. She was born February 11, 1950 in Dixie, Arkansas to the late Harvey Roush and Verbil Spencer. In addition to her parents, Brenda is preceded in death by her grandparents, Richard and Elsie Spencer; brothers David, Daniel, and Jimmy; and sisters Gloria Diane, Violet, Patricia, and Mary Laverne.

Brenda lived in Jonesboro all of her life and was a member of Awaken Church. A self-employed Real Estate agent, Brenda was passionate about her profession. She had a keen eye for decorating, especially when it came to home décor and wall paper. She was an avid collector of coins, gemstones, and jewelry. Brenda loved to cook, but loved her family even more.

Survivors include her husband James Rose, of the home; daughters Mary (Bobby) Wheeley, Diane Ball, Brenda Gene Woodard, and Karen (Kenny) Oldham; brothers Richard Roush and Robby (Linda) Roush; sisters Linda Russell and Peggy Lisk; grandchildren Matthew, Tyler, Candace, Mike, Luke, Laura, Jessica, and Allyson; 4 great-grandchildren and host of friends and family.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, July 21, 2020, 10:00 a.m. at Emerson Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Jolly officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Monday July 20, 2020.
