Besides his widow, he is survived by a stepdaughter, Mrs. Margaret Scroggs of Norfolk, four stepsons, Raymond Cain of Norfolk, Olaf Cain of Lancaster, Pa., Mark Cain of San Francisco and Ronald Cain of Warwick, R.I.; a sister, Mrs. Marie Carr of Alexandria; two brothers, William D. Schramm of Kenosha, Wis., and Walter Schramm of Springfield, Ill.; and four grandchildren.
Mr. Schramm, a native of Fort Wayne, Ind., lived in Norfolk 19 years, lately at 2123 Thoroughgood Road, Bayside.
He was a member of Southport Masonic Lodge 343 of Kenosha, Wis., and was a veteran of World War II.
A funeral service will be held in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Wednesday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park.
