She and her husband Nick grew their businesses (Pro Lawn Plus and All Seasons Pest Control) from the ground up to a thriving, successful companies. She took her entrepreneurial skills and started a catering business with a dear friend, enabling her to share her creative attributes and culinary abilities.
Her most treasured occupation of all was being a mother and she devoted much of her time to volunteering at her children's schools and after school activities. She prided herself on being there for every step of their way.
Over the years, Susan devoted many hours to volunteer work with the Temple (Ahavath Chesed) and Compassionate Friends.
Susan's children and grandchildren were the light of her life. She cared for her grandson, Andrew for the first three years of his life and their bond was precious and dear.
She is survived by her loving daughter Amy Dennis Saltz, and husband Ryan, three grandchildren, Andrew, Lauren and Ellie, brother Bobby Simon and wife Loretta and former husband Nick. She was proceeded in death by her loving son Nicky.
A Graveside Service will be held on May 8, 2020 for family only due to coronavirus restrictions. Cantor Carrie Barry will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nicholas S. Dennis Memorial Scholarship Fund (in Memory of Susan) at Bishop Kenny High School.
