Obituary: "Elizabeth Margaret (Clark) Ballentine age 82 of Warren died Friday, August 2, 1991 at Wagnon Place Nursing Home in Warren. Born August 9, 1908 in Tampa, Florida, she was a daughter of the late William P. and Anne E. Brown Clark. She was a housewife, a member of St. Lukes Catholic Church in Warren and the widow of Gordon Ballentine. Survivors are two daughters; Lynn Ross of Tulsa, OK and Ann Carr of Ohio, one brother, James Joseph Clark of Tampa, Florida, two sisters, Roseanna Eldridge of Myers, Florida and Mary Jacody of Tampa, Florida. She has nine grand children and six great great grand children.

"Funeral services were held Monday, August 5 at 10:00 a.m. at St Lukes Catholic church with Father Dan Dorsey officiating. Burial was in Moseley Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Pat Ballentine, Bobby Ballentine, Ed Carr, James Plair, Bobby Joe Clements, Harold Raymer, A.G. Haygood and Gene Sparks."
