On July 9, 2020. Richard is survived by his daughter, Colleen (Mark) Statskey; son, Thomas R. (Tracy) Hogan; grandchildren, Kelly, Ronnie, Abby, and Maggie; sister, Eileen (James) Lammes; cousins; nieces and nephews.
Richard worked for Rochester Telephone for over 40 years. He was a long-time member of the Webster-Fairport Elks Lodge, enjoying many volunteer opportunities and the Motorcycle Club. He enjoyed the Damascus Shriners Cruise Nights and Car Shows, golfing and the Rochester Telephone Retiree breakfasts and race track outings.
Friends may call on Saturday, July 18th, from 11 AM to 12:30 PM, at the Anthony Funeral Home 1031 Ridge Road in Webster, followed by a Funeral Service led by the Webster-Fairport Elks at 12:30 PM. Interment in the Webster Rural Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dick's memory may be made to support kidney transplant through LifeCenter Organ Donor Network 615 Elsinore Place Suite 400 Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 or to the Webster-Fairport Elks Lodge 1066 Jackson Road Webster, New York 14580.

Previously married to Mariann Beh on May 2, 1964 in Saint Rita’s Church in West Webster.He was born and raised in Webster New York, he has two kids, his oldest being Colleen Statskey (madian, Hogan) and Thomas Hogan. He married young and bought a house in Webster next to his mother.
