Last rites for Mrs. Bernice Burton Collins, owner of the Winona Floral Company, were here Thursday afternoon, June 26th, at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. C. B. Hamlet, III, officiating.
Serving as pallbearers were Jamie young, Zollie Collins, Cliff Grice, Kirk Caffey, Marvis Gardner and Clyde Burton.
Interment was in Oakwood Cemetery with Lee Funeral home in charge of arrangement.
Mrs. Collins who was 45 years of age passed away on June 25th. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Rose Collins, of Winona; a granddaughter, Sheila Bobay of Winona; three sisters, Mrs. Roy Thompson of Winona, Mrs. Henry Austin, Kilmichael, and Mrs. Wiley Parkinson of French Camp and two brothers, W.H. Burton of Winona, and Mann Burton of Stewart.
