June P Morgan, 80, 1666 Indiana Drive, died at 9:32 a.m. Monday (Aug 7, 2000) at home.

She was born Jan 17, 1920, in Monmouth, the daughter of James and Agnes Peterson Clark.

She married Paul Walter Morgan on Nov 12, 1946, in Boise, Idaho.

Surviving are her husband; two sons, James Morgan, Galesburg and John Morgan, Cameron; one daughter, LeAnn Spencer, Galesburg; one sister, Betty Wagaman, Boone, Iowa, and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.

She was graduated from Monmouth High School. She lived in Galesburg for most of her life. She was an operator for Centel Telephone Co for 38 years, retiring in 1984. She was a member of First Church of God.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Hinchliff-Pearson-West Chapel, with the Rev. Jerry Webb officiating. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Warren County Memorial Park Cemetery, Monmouth.

Memorials may be made to First Church of God.
