She was born July 23, 1926 in Salt Lake City, a daughter of George Washington and Mary Lee Mullins Locke.
Mardelle married Ray Denny in July 1969 in Carlsbad, California.
Survivors include her husband, Ray; children, Cindy (Toney) Johnson, Midvale; Beverlee (Patrick) Garcia, Holladay; seven grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; two brothers, David and Daniel Locke, Salt Lake City. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Margie; three sisters and one twin sister; and three brothers.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, February 8, 2000 at 2 p.m. in the Mt. View Memorial Chapel, 3115 E. 7800 So., where friends may call one hour prior to the services. Interment, Mt. View Memorial Estates.
