Passed away Saturday at his residence.

Son of Clifford and Elizabeth Addison Dooley.
Married Sue Lightle in 1951. She preceded him in death.
Married Lelane Lighty in 2003. She survives.
Survivors include nephews Steve and Niel Holbrook and Wayne and Bill Leminger; extended family Dale and Betty Farner, Keith Hamm, Leanne LaFuze, and Brent, Laura and Olivia Lighty.

1946 graduate of Marshall High School.

Served in the U.S. Air Force for four years.

He lived on and farmed the land that has been in his family for 160 years.

Member of Marshall Federated Church, president of the Washington Township Cemetery Board, and member of the Covered Bridge Art Association.

He was a well-known member of several carnival glass organizations and a fan of all things Purdue.

Graveside services 11am Wednesday, July 8 at Bethany Cemetery, east of Marshall, with Pastor Brian Holt officiating. Military graveside rites by the Parke County Veterans.

Arrangements entrusted to Barnes and Rice Funeral Home of Rockville.
