Chris was born in Plant City, He graduated from Mulberry High School Class of 2003. He moved from Mulberry to Winter Haven 10 years ago. He was a produce wholesaler at The Plant City Farm & Flea Market where he was never seen without a smile, and was loved by everyone. Chris was a loving Husband and Daddy. He is survived by his wife: Courtney Marie Phillips, sons: Parker and Porter Phillips, parents: Karen and Daryl Phillips, brother: John Phillips, (girlfriend) Yashera Gonzalez, grandmother: Betty Parks, nephew & nieces: John Phillips, Jr., Kaitlynn Phillips, Layla Santana and Nadiya Gonzalez, parents (in-laws) Dale and Danyal Kelley, grandparents: Dale and Jean Kelley, sisters-in-law Morgan Kelley, Cloey Kelley (spouse) Kasey Herrington, niece: Charlee Jean Herrington and many loved aunts, uncles, cousins and great friends. Chris was on his way to work when he died in a wreck on Interstate 4 about 5 AM on June 29, 2020.
