Born in Frederick County. Jan. 21. 1899. be was the son of the late Charles H. and Fannie E. Angleberger Harbaugh.
He was a member o the Democrat Club. Frederick, and the
Eagles. Aerie 1067. Frederick. Prior to his retirement Mr. Harbaugh farmed in the Woodsboro area for many yean.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters. Mrs. Earl (Margaret) Funk. and Mrs. William (Pauline) Wilcom Jr.. both of Frederick: one brother. Charles Norman Harbaugh. Keymar; two stepsons. Merle Shorb. Westminster, and Ronald (R.J.) Shorb. Thurmont: two stepdaughters. Ms. Rebecca Shorb. Massachusetts, and Mrs. Sharon Walker. Germany; three grandchildren: five step-grandchildren, and
several nieces and nephews.
