Mrs. Sandra L. Armstrong, age 71, passed away Friday, June 19, 2020.
She was born April 4, 1949 in Charleston, West Virginia to Benford F. Armstrong and Margaret Jones Armstrong.
Mrs. Armstrong was a resident of Cicero, New York.
She was Protestant by faith.
She worked for many years as an interpreter for the deaf in the education system.
Mrs. Armstrong was preceded in death by her father and mother, and brother Gary Franklin Armstrong.
Mrs. Armstrong is survived by her sons, Timothy (Lisa) Clark of Burt, New York, Jeffrey (Amy) Clark of Liverpool, New York, and Joshua (Richelle) Clark of Freeport, Florida; her husband, Kent Armstrong of Grafton, Vermont; her sister Bonnie (Jack) Peters of Brockport, New York; her ex-husband, Wayne Clark of Elmira New York; eight grandchildren, Amber, Hailey, Elizabeth, Jordan, Matthew, Jaella, Raelin, and Jaxon; and three great-grandchildren, Maxson, Dominic, and Allesandra Nimetz.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date to be announced.
Memorialization will be by cremation. .
