Lisa Lynn (Edwards) Price, of Oklahoma City passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 46. She was born in Grand Island, Nebraska to Bill and Charlotte Edwards on June 15, 1974.
Lisa was the mother of three great kids. She loved making jewelry and writing poetry. Most of all she loved spending time with her kids. She loved to drive around singing songs with the kids. She had just graduated from cosmetology school and was in the process of cutting hair full-time.
Lisa was very fortunate to have attended several top universities, Kansas University and Harvard University. Lisa was very smart and loved to use big words that others did not understand. Her dad took her on many vacations when she was young and Lisa loved the ocean. He was everything to her, due to losing her mother at a very young age. Lisa loved having fun and was always laughing. She made everyone smile, and you would always see her with a smile.
Lisa was preceded in death by her mother and father, Bill and Charlotte Edwards; aunts and uncles, Joe Edwards, Jimmy Edwards, Raymond Edwards, Edna Edwards and Mary Hellbusch, all from Nebraska. She leaves behind her three beautiful kids, Adara Collins, Abigail and William Price, which were her pride and joy; and granddaughter Hanna Boykin; two half-sisters, Erika Hupka and Andrea Atkinson; and her nieces and nephews from Kansas; uncle, Wayne Hoffmeyer, of Orange Texas; and aunt, Linda Dux, of Nebraska.
Lisa had a great personality and even a bigger heart. She leaves behind many friends, but only one true friend, Nancy of 25 years. She will be missed very much and will always be in our hearts.
A memorial service for Lisa will be held, Saturday, June 27, 2020 at the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, located at 120 South Broadway, in Moore, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel.
