Tigger was born on our front-porch to a stray cat we took in, in the winter of 2004-2005. His sister Sissy & Tigger were the only two in the litter.
He was a happy kitten & since he was the only male, a bit dominant at times. He came home often with a torn ear or skin missing somewhere. He loved to "stroll" but would never venture very far. There were cat-fights often, he loved to defend his domain.
He disappeared 2 days before Christmas in 2006. I heard shots outside & my heart sank. (I don't know why, but I knew something terrible had just happened)
I've looked everywhere for him for weeks. I finally excepted that he was gone.
I miss my little "Mister Raccoon-Tail" very much.
Where ever he is, I hope he is at peace.
Update: As of the Spring of 2008 a felon was arrested 2 streets over for shooting neigborhood animals.
