Funeral services for Mrs. Pearl B. Terrell, 71, Rt. 1, Longbranch, near Henderson, are scheduled for 5 p.m. Tuesday in Bryan Funeral Home chapel in Henderson with Dr. A.D. Lemons and the Rev. E.G. Shirley officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Rusk County.
Mrs. Terrell died Sunday afternoon in her Longbranch home after a sudden illness. She was born Feb. 18, 1906, in Charleston, W.Va., but lived most of her life in Rusk County. She was Air Force nurse during World War II and in civilian life. Mrs. Terrell was a lifetime member of Rebecca Lodge No. 184 in Henderson and Friendship Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Frances B. (Jackie) Martin of Henderson; two sisters, Mrs. Garnett White of Sulphur Springs, W.Va., and Mrs. M Masel Myers of Cannelton, W.VA.; three brothers, Charles Hudnell [sic]of Cedar Grove, W.Va., Lance Hudnell [sic]of Jacksonville, Fla., and Howard Hudnell of Ward, W.Va.; and three grandchildren. Pallbearers include John Wiley,. Sammy Nutt, Cliff Cummingham, C.V. Shirley, Ray Akin and Curtis Keeling.
