Stone inscription noting maiden name is incorrect. I am not sure who approved the final stone, but it was not done by Mount Olivet according to my investigations. Name should correctly read, Ada Childers Manier.
Also, date of death was never inscribed on the stone. Death date of 23 Jan 2001 is correct from records however.
