FRANCES B. MOORE, 89, of St Petersburg died Nov. 25 at home. A native of Sprague, Neb, she moved to this area in 1980 from Burlington, Vt. She was a homemaker and a member of Congregational Church in Storrs, Conn. She is survived by her husband, Edmund; a son, Robert E.B. of Stafford Springs, Conn.; a daughter, Molly F. of South Burlington, Vt.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. John S.
