Survivors include her mother and step-father, Cindy and Darrell Lewis of Russellville; her father and step-mother, David and Martha Kralicek of Russellville; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Tabatha Woodward of Russellville, Bryan and McKenzie Causey of Russellville, Kenneth Lewis of North Little Rock, and Scott and Pamela Lewis of Mobile, Alabama; a sister, Madison Kralicek of Russellville; her aunt and uncle, Pam Gwaltney and Dr. Sam Meyer of Havre De Grace, Maryland; uncle and aunt, Randy and Nancy Kralicek of Fort Smith; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends and caregivers at Stella Manor.
A private burial will be held for the family at East Point Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Fisk officiating and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
