Philip and Jane had 16 children, 10 survived to adulthood.

Identification made about 1986 by Gretchen Schell Hendrickson, granddaughter of Philip & Jane. She verbally stated that the photo included all living children of Philip and Jane. She struggled to remember Lillie Belle's name, she later said that they called her Lydia sometimes. Lillie Belle died in midlife from cancer, and Gretchen hadn't heard her name for many years.
