Mrs. Howard is the daughter of Bill and Glenna Stephens Clark of Sandy Hook.
She is preceded in death by he maternal grandfather, James Robert Stephens; her paternal grandfather, Ray Clark; her father and mother-in-law, Randolph Howard and Hazel Adkins.
Robin was a retired registered nurse, and she was very active with the Elliott County Relay for Life, and the Elliott County Board of Health, and many other important community functions and activities. But, above all these, her pride was in being a born again Christian, when she was saved March 31, 2002 and being a member of the Concord Baptist Church.
Besides her parents, Mrs. Howard is survived by her husband of twenty-one years, Tim Howard; three sons, Brandon Ray Howard, Connor Robert Howard, and Clark Ryan Howard all of Sandy Hook; maternal grandmother, Lucy Jane Stephens of Sandy Hook; paternal grandmother, Nola Middleton Clark of Soldier; and a host of family and friends who will sadly mourn her passing.
