Mrs. Linda Chappell Gregory age 74 of Griffin passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020 at Brightmoor Hospice.
Mrs. Gregory was born in Griffin, Georgia on February 12, 1946.
She is preceded in death by parents, J.B. Chappell, Jr. and Maggie Nora Kelley Chappell, husband, Larry Dwayne Gregory, sister, Delana Smith, brother, Randy Chappell.
She retired after 27 years of service with Griffin-Spalding County School System and was a member of Kincaid Memorial United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Mandy Gregory McDaniel and husband, Chey; granddaughter, Maggie Amanda Pope and fiancée, Jeremy Wallace. Her step-granddaughter are Erin Pope and her children, Emmy Lou and Jackson; step grandchildren Brandon and Hannah McDaniel, Kayla and Drew Smith, Brianna McDaniel, Andrew McDaniel, Abigail McDaniel, Sierra McDaniel; step great grandchildren, Aubree and Lucy Jane. Her brothers-in-law are Ronnie Gregory and Wayne Smith. Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 9, 2020 from 11:00 am until Noon at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Followed by a graveside service in Westwood Gardens.
