Barbara Ann Sullivan, age 82, of Smyrna, formerly of Douglasville, passed away Friday, June 5, 2020. She was born on February 10, 1938 in Cherokee, Georgia to the late Henry I. Henderson and the late Fannie Johnston Henderson. She was retired with 41 years of service from Montag Brothers Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia. Barbara was a member of Beulah Baptist Church in Douglasville.
She is survived by nieces and nephews, Wanda Dodd, Myra Woods, Alan Sanders, Cindy Williams, Phillip Holden, Jane Davis, Betsy Harris, Danny Henderson, Melba Franklin, Linda Eiland, Mark Henderson, Steve Henderson.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Johnny Robert Sullivan; brothers, Lewis Henderson, James Henderson, Carlos Henderson and Berry Henderson; sisters, Hazel Smith, Martha Sanders, and Mary Crowder; nephews, David Hendrix, Larry Henderson, John Henderson; niece, Rebecca Sloan.
A graveside service will be held at Sunrise Memorial Gardens at 4:30 PM on Sunday, June 7, 2020 with Pastor Mike Woods officiating.
