Adam Smith (21086230)
Suggested edit: Are there 2 separate Adam Smiths, buried in the Roanoke area, both born in 1842 and both died in 1913?
The Indiana Death Certificate that appears to match this person, differs for some of the details. The birth and death year match, and the name, as well as Burial at "Roanoke, Indiana." But the Death Certificate is from Anderson, Madison County, IN, and shows death there, on Sept 10, 1913, and was buried at Roanoke on Sept 12. The Madison County Undertaker was B. F. Brown, but they likely had an arrangement with a place closer to the cemetery to perform the burial.
The Adam Smith in this death certificate did grow up near Roanoke, and was in surrounding Jackson Twp in the 1870 and 1880 Censuses, and it seems likely his parents died in this area. Though no graves have been found. But no one else of his family appears to be in this cemetery. His two siblings were buried in 2 different cemeteries in Huntington Co.
I'm sending this rather than making a suggestion, as I don't have anything to say the information you show here is incorrect. Maybe it is a different Adam Smith. But, I'm sharing it in case you have any thoughts.
