Michael R. Quick, 63, of Streator passed away Monday, June 1, 2020 at his residence in Streator.

Cremation will be accorded. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. The Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Born March 5, 1957 in Streator he was the son of Carl and Marilyn (Jones) Quick.

He is survived by a son: Justin Quick of Streator; a daughter: Kayla Johnson of Gibson City; three grandchildren; a step-daughter: Amanda (Daniel) Savage of Colorado; sisters: Carla Swarts of Auburn, New York, Linda Quick-Welch of Pontiac, Mary Ann Quick of Pontiac and Nancy (Jerry) Longnecker of Streator; and brothers: David (Carol) Quick of Cornell and Dennis Quick of Chatsworth.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister: Mabel Quick.

Michael attended Woodland Grade School and Cornell High School. He lived in the Streator and Cornell areas his lifetime.

He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting. He loved and cared for his family and will be sadly missed.
