She was preceded in death by grandfather Jesse Kellie, and father of the boys, Justin Lewis.
2001 graduate of Southmont High School.
Most recently, she was a pizza maker at Mama Fazio’s in Crawfordsville and had worked at various restaurants including Ladoga Pizza King, Circle City Pizza in Indianapolis, Hot Box Pizza.
She enjoyed music, and singing with Panache at Southmont High School.
Funeral service 2pm Thursday, June 4 at Ladoga Baptist Church, Ladoga, IN, with Pastor Ron Gardner officiating. Burial will follow in Ladoga Cemetery.
Visitation one hour prior to service.
