Paul Stewart Kennedy, 69, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.

Born in Woodruff, SC; son of the late Bluford Carl and Elizabeth Crawford Kennedy; husband of the late Susan Denise Dill Kennedy.

Lived in Enoree, SC during his younger years and moved to Spartanburg in 1961; graduated from Dorman High School; a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Germany during the Vietnam era; worked at Carolina Coil for many years, and was also a carpenter.

Surviving are sons, Paul Stewart Kennedy, Jr. (Shannon) and James Kennedy (Erick); grandchildren, Penny and William; sisters, Carole Pook (Stephen) and Irene Kennedy; and very dear friends, Joe and Lynn O'Shields and Pauline Ravan.

Predeceased also by his sister, Helen Maris Elizabeth C Kennedy, and his nephew, Paul Douglas Kennedy.

A private memorial service was held at a later date.
