Madge Gardner was the daughter of Robert Franklin Gardner and Dovie Mae Belle Short Gardner. Aunt Madge was a wonderful person. She was born in North Carolina She spent most of her life in the south with her husband, Burt Melton, and her children. Even though I only met her a few times, I loved her like I knew her forever. She was an amazing person.
