Sharon Ramae Graves, of Oklahoma City, passed away May 15, 2020, at the age of 71. She was born on March 23, 1949 in Oklahoma City. Sharon enjoyed gardening, camping and traveling. She loved to collect figurines, especially in the shape of pigs. She enjoyed cooking and baking. Danya, Sharon's granddaughter, said she loved her grandmother's banana and pumpkin bread. Bill, Sharon's husband, loved her fried chicken. People used to ask Bill if he liked Sharon's cooking and he would reply, "I must, because I'm pushing 300 pounds." Sharon also enjoyed decorating for the holidays, especially Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sharon enjoyed watching Pioneer Woman, Criminal Minds, Rachel Rae and CSI. Sharon was a graduate of Capitol Hill High School and attended Oscar Rose College where she received her degree in Respiratory Therapy. Sharon was employed at Presbyterian Hospital and has worked at Norman Regional Medical Center and Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City. Sharon was a very cheerful, loving and friendly person. Bill said Sharon had a genuine smile and a kind, loving and gentle heart. Sharon was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and home-maker. Sharon loved being with Bill, the love of her life for the past 40 years, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Bill, a daughter, Teri Benson (Cameron), step-son, Jeffrey Graves, sister, Patty Hubble (Ken), nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Jody Shive. Funeral services to be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at the Calvary Church in Norman, Oklahoma. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Norman, Oklahoma.
