HAWKINS, Anne, 91, of Tipp City, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2020 at Randall Residence in Tipp City, Ohio. She was born to Hugh & Minnie (Seymore) Burns on July 10, 1928 in Derby, Virginia. Anne was a member of the Antioch United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Maurice Hawkins, and her brother, Earl Burns. Survived by her nieces, Earline Fogle (Mitch) & Connie Bruggeman (George); nephews, Clayton Burns (Mary) & Hugh Burns (Cheryl); many other relatives and friends. Private burial will be at the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Arrangements by the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, Dayton.
