Shirley S. Cooper
Shirley S. Cooper, 39, a salesman for Keeley’s, Inc., died in a local hospital Friday at 6 a.m. of septicemia, after a lingering illness. He resided at 2662 Dearborn street.
Mr. Cooper was born in Bountiful, September 13, 1894, a son of Albert E. and Elizabeth Cooper, but had lived in Salt Lake for the major part of his life. He had been an employe of Keeley’s Inc., for the last 13 years.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Cecil Breeding Cooper; a brother, Albert Clyde Cooper of Salt Lake, and a sister, Mrs. Gladys Tucker of Oakland, Cal.
Funeral services will be conducted in the rose room of the Deseret mortuary, Sunday at 1 p.m. Friends may call at the mortuary until time of services. Burial will take place in the Wasatch Lawn Burial park.
