Survived by loving wife, Erika; daughter, Katie; parents, Carter and Karen Lee of Newark, OH; sister, Michele (Jason) Corsi; mother-in-law, Renate (Joseph) Palazzo; father-in-law, Michael (Phyllis) Glass; sisters-in-law, Michele (Jim) Whitt, and Elisabeth Palazzo; niece and nephew, Nathan and Lauren Whitt, all of Grove City, OH; many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends, especially Matthew J.
