She married the love of her life, Rodney Carr. They were married on April 2, 1982, in the Provo Utah Temple, and they made their home in Payson, Utah, where they raised their two sons and one daughter. Jane Ann worked, as a secretary, for approximately 14 years, at PEP Systems.
Jane Ann delighted in playing with her grandkids; they were always the light of her life. She loved spoiling her grandkids and kids and going on vacations with them. She always had fun activities planned for family gatherings and camping outings. She also enjoyed watching the Utah Jazz play. Everything she did was for the happiness of others. She impacted everyone she ever met. Her loving influence can be found far and wide.
She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in various callings in Relief Society, Primary, and Young Women. Her most recent calling was Ward Newsletter Editor. She loved her Savior. Because of her disability, she wasn't able to attend her church meetings, but she looked forward to partaking of the Sacrament, in her home, each Sunday.
Jane Ann is survived by her husband, Rodney; her sons and daughter: Colton (Brittney) Carr, Skyler (Megan) Carr, and Jamie (Eric) Haymore; as well as her five adored grandchildren: Kaizlee and Jexon Haymore, Ryland and Maizey Carr, and Emrie Carr. She is also survived by her brother, Lynn Hiatt;, her father-in-law, Glade Carr; along with brothers and sisters-in-law. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her two daughters: Karlee and Courtney.
Visitation for family and friends will be Monday, May 18, 2020, from 6-8 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 587 South 100 West, Payson, Utah. Graveside service will be Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Payson City Cemetery.
