Priscilla Williams was the daughter of William Williams and Margaret Evans of Pennsylvania
and Alamance Co., North Carolina, Quaker by Faith.
Priscilla Williams m. 15 Mar 1765 Cane Creek, Orange Co., NC, John Pike II (1741-1782) the son of John Pike I and Abagail Overman (Quaker minister).
Both her father and husband are buried in Cane Creek Monthly Meeting Cemetery, Snow Camp,
Alamance Co., NC. Only to date 72% tombstones photographed. I believe she is probably buried
in this cemetery next to her husband, but not confirmed.
They had son John Pike III b. 22 Oct 1783 Orange Co., NC. (now Alamance Co., NC.) Died INTESTATE. John Pike III married twice: 1/w Mary Freeman 2/w Mary Davison.
John Pike III and 2/w Mary Davison had daughter Susannah Pike. Susannah Pike was my 2nd ggm. who m. John Teague. They had daughter Prissilla Teague named after this grandmother who married Franklin Stephens also a son Samuel Teague m. Martha Susan Davidson my great grandparents.
Samuel Teague and future bride left Chatham-Randolph Co., NC for Westfield, Hamilton Co.,
Indiana during Civil War where other Quakers living to get out of the fighting
in North Carolina.
